Somerset House once again prepares to welcome back Collect, the world’s leading international art fair for contemporary craft and collectible design.

Featuring up to 40 specialist galleries from across the globe, Collect 2026 offers an unrivalled opportunity to discover and invest in museum-quality contemporary art work by some of the most skilful artists of our time. From internationally recognised names to emerging voices, the fair brings together outstanding works that celebrate innovation, material excellence and the hand of the maker.

Visitors can explore exquisite art works spanning ceramics, furniture, glass, jewellery, wearable art, metalwork, sculpture and textiles. Crafted from a wide range of materials, each piece is meticulously made by hand and carries a rich narrative, reflecting both tradition and experimentation in contemporary practice.

Collect welcomes both seasoned collectors and those at the beginning of their collecting journey. Prices range from £50,000 to as little as £500, making the fair an accessible and inspiring place to acquire distinctive works for the home or to begin building a collection.

Beyond the galleries - Collect Open and Talks Programme

Collect 2026 extends beyond the gallery stands with a curated programme of installations and conversations across Somerset House.

At the heart of this is Collect Open, the fair’s platform for experimental, large-scale art works by 11 artists and collectives, selected by an expert advisory panel. These installations challenge material, form and meaning, inviting visitors to experience contemporary craft in new and unexpected ways.

Visitors can also enjoy an accompanying talks programme, featuring artists, gallerists and leading voices in art, craft and design. Offering valuable context and insight, the talks are free to attend with a Collect ticket.

Collect 2026

Collect, presented by Crafts Council, is the only annual art fair on the UK and international circuit dedicated to museum-quality contemporary craft and design.

Showcasing as part of Collect is Collect Open, the fair’s platform for bold, craft-led installations by individual artists and collectives. Selected by an expert advisory panel, 11 individual artists will take their creative practices to the next level challenging material, social, political or personal perceptions.

Additionally, Collect will play host to an engaging talks programme, offering visitors a chance to hear from galleries, artists and leading experts in art, craft and design. Entry to the talks is free.
